TOWER DRYER

A wide range of  highly economical tower dryers with vacuum cooling with efficiency from 18 up to 78 t/h. It allows to satisfy the requirements of every big grain storage complexes.

The main features of Tower Dryer are:

  • Microprocessor control system controls all functions, including the burners and the fans start, and loading/unloading processes

  • The instructions on the display help the operator to determine all the necessary parameters and prepare the dryer for working  

  • The unloading speed of the dry grain is calculated automatically based on the grain temperature in the grain column  

  • During the working process the information about the moisture level and the temperature of the discharge grain, the unloading speed will display on the screen  

  • All the necessary information can be printed with the help of on-board printer

  • A special construction of the unloading system provides uniform unloading and guarantees the absence of the problems, connected with the unloading system obstruction
  • Unloading speed of the dry grain is calculated automatically based on the grain temperature in the grain column 
  • All the parts of the unloading system are made of the stainless steel  
  •  Tower dryers have the a.c. motors

  1. STAINLESS STEEL outer screens, nuts, and bolts resist rust and keep your dryer looking good for years to come.

  2. PERFORATED SHEETS allow air to move easily through the grain, yet retain the bulk of the particulate matter.

  3. GRAIN EXCHANGERS move grain from inside of the column to the outside for more even moisture content and consistent grain temperature.

  4. SOLID OUTER SHEETING in GRAIN EXCHANGER SECTION to maintain balanced heat/air distribution in the plenum and avoid blowing large amounts of particulate matter into the atmosphere.

  5. Due to a conical connection, air flow goes through the burner regularly

  6. RTD COLUMN sensor monitors grain temperature at its hottest point in the heat chamber.

  7. Air, which is used for dried grain cooling, during passing through the hot grain, becomes hot, after that is delivered to the burner

  8. Alternating- current electromotors are used in the dryers of Sukup

  9. INDUSTRIAL GRADE INLINE CENTRIFUGAL BLO WERS quietly provide high airflow even with vacuum cooling.

  10. PADDLE S and GRAIN TA BLE on UNLOAD SYSTEM are stainless steel for long life.

  11. Galvanized legs are hot-dipped on stick built towers for resistance to rusting. Modular tower legs have a baked-on, painted finish.

  12. EXTRA-LARGE WET HOLDING BIN features solid sheeting to keep grain dust and particulate matter confined within the dryer.

  13. The Width of the GRAIN COLUMN is 32 sm

  14. TWO CLEAN-OUT DOORS per panel in grain exchange section allow for easy removal of debris.

  15. The grain agitators move the grain, located near outer side of the grain column to inner side, that allows to get a more regular moisture and temperature level.

  16. LOW PRESSURE BURNER MaxonR NP-LE AIRFLOR is aluminum so holes do not rust shut, giving wide operating temperature range, high fuel efficiency, and low emissions.

  17. ENTRY AREAS in outer screens and reducer cone allow access to the burner area for easy interior cleaning.

  18. High efficiency fans Barry Blower are used in the dryers

  19. The unloading speed is calculated by the computer control system, based on the data about the grain temperature

  20. The batchers are manufactured from the stainless steel
